This is the bronze pig which is displayed beside the Alley Theatre in Strabane, Co. Tyrone. I took the picture when it is nice and shiny, I expect it will go "green" shortly.

It was one evening last September , It's well I can remember . I was walking down "the slip" with drunken pride, my knees they did a flutter, I landed in the gutter and a pig came along and lay down by my side. As I lay there in the gutter with words I should not utter a parson passes along with solemn pride, "You can see a man who bosses by the company that he chooses " With that the pig got up and slowly walked away .
